Thanks to all those who have left messages to say they're safe. I've been worrying about my London friends all afternoon. So relieved to hear that those I love are well. This is horrific, but horribly inevitable. I'm terrified that it will only serve to breed more hatred in the world and give those people who carry the power, more strength to wield. How can this ever be resolved? I don't blame those that are feeling angry at this moment in time, but I am frightened by the thought of where that anger will take us. Love to all. We need it.

Yes Igraine...a point well made...anger that festers turns to bitterness and ultimately leads to the "Dark Side" (sorry...been living and breathing Star Wars the last few weeks ;o!)...but so many of the philosophies of Star Wars are so so true.And Igraine, I'm so glad you're safe! {{{{Hugs}}}} I know there's a bunch of KD sisters in England...but didn't know where they all are ...Has anyone heard from Lady Wendy, Julibeth and Opaline? Are they near London?
I believe that, thank Eru, all our KD friends have been accounted for now, Ev. I do worry about the way these events can breed hatred, I think we have to be very careful in the way we react. I just can't face another aftermath such as the last. :(
Glad everyone in the UK seems to be alright ... I live 125 miles from London but have many friends and some family there. Hope they are all okay :(How absolutely horrible it all is. (((((((((((HAREM)))))))))))))

((((Aisling))))I was shocked and weepy this morning. Later I just felt angry. I am angry at the people who can carry out such savage murder. I feel like saying 'up yours!' - Londoners will carry on as usual. I am angry at those who commit such atrocities but it doesn't make me want to go and bomb anybody's country and I sincerely hope nobody else will feel like that either. I find the 'war on terror' talk very hollow. Yep, there is a war to be waged but it needs counter-intelligence. Not more 'shock and awe' tactics.OK, enough politics. :)
